Managing a team, my responsibilities include taking client briefs, leading campaign strategy and media channel planning, client and stakeholder relationships, overseeing implementation, day to day campaign management, and post reporting.We have a variety of clients and categories in the team - activating awareness and performance focused campaigns. Delivering on clients’ business objectives are the priority and campaign performance is always at the core, using data to drive insights.

- Account Manager on the McDonald's account- Translating the media strategy into detailed plans- Liaising with clients and creative agencies on a daily basis- Assessing candidate media options and providing detailed recommendations of proposed communications- Undertaking implementation of agreed media plans, including briefing third parties as and when required- Day to day management and ownership of implementation process, ensuring the brief is delivered- Principal client contact throughout implementation process - Ensuring timely delivery and upkeep of client responses, and maintaining regular communication- Post campaign reporting- Clear delegation to the Account Executive
