My role within HMOsales.com is to work with Direct-to-Vendor clients as well as Estate Agencies, selling HMO Investments. I oversee and facilitate from start to finish the onboarding of new Vendor clients and their property; profile matching properties with our network of investor Buyers; negotiating and agreeing sales; facilitating the conveyance process through to completion, working with our recommended solicitors / Buyer's own solicitors. I work with Local and International clients who are looking to buy/sell HMOs; Individual properties, Portfolio properties, as well as Company transfers (TOGC).HMOs (or Houses of Multiple Occupancy) can be found in every city, in every location of the world - they're not a new thing but they are becoming more and more in demand. With increasing energy costs, cost of living and interest rates, more and more people are moving into rented / shared accommodation. With demand increases for rental properties and shared accommodation (HMOs), rent rates are being driven higher, continuing to make HMOs a profitable investment option.HMOsales.com is one of a kind and this is how we operate - - We have a closed network of investor buyers, specifically looking for HMOs to purchase- We offer support and guidance to our investor network via consultations and mentoring- We work Direct-to-Vendor with landlords looking to sell their properties / portfolios - We also partner with national Estate Agencies who seek out our specialist expertise in HMO sales- We then match Vendors to Buyers and facilitate a Win:Win for all parties
