Digital Design:I am responsible for all digital design tasks, supporting every department with custom graphics, internal documentation, and communication materials. I have expertise in creating interactive PDFs for visualising customer journeys and process mapping. I developed the company’s logo and branding guidelines.Web Development:I designed and maintain the company's lead generating WordPress website, a SharePoint intranet, and a JavaScript games site for customer engagement. My skills include CSS, HTML, PHP, and jQuery. I developed a real-time validation application form and an application tracker for applicants, and I’m entrusted with managing security, WordPress updates, and customer data.UX:As the UX lead, I analyse customer behaviour using feedback from surveys and actions. I utilise Google Analytics and Tag Manager to measure and optimise website changes. My approach to development is deeply rooted in empathy for the user, leading to the creation of intuitive prototypes in Adobe Illustrator or live test sites.SEO:I manage SEO, focusing on core web vitals, Google PageSpeed optimisations, and other technical aspects like redirects, indexing, and sitemaps. My role also involves content creation, optimisation, and enhancing internal linking to improve search engine performance.Animated Videos:Utilising Adobe Creative Suite, I create animated videos, elevating the quality and engagement level of our digital content, ensuring it's not only informative but visually appealing.Security and Data Management:Security is a top priority. I'm tasked with the continuous management and update of security protocols for WordPress and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of customer data.Customer Engagement:I have developed a JavaScript games site as a strategy to engage existing customers, keeping them connected and enhancing their experience with our brand.

I attend to all the Graphic Design duties for the company and any client requests for Printed and Web.I design a website then code the front end part of the site using HTML, CSS, Javascript and Jquery.I have a keen interest in Mobile Web design and development.I regularly use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Netbeans to complete my tasks.
