I recently joined this growing and bustling promotional campaign and staffing agency as their senior account manager to take care of the demand of work from agencies and larger clients and to help develop new business.

Head Office, Field Based, National, Inverness - Newquay

I worked within a small commercial team overseeing the marketing of a nationally diverse group of on-trade venues/sites. I got to work on all aspects of marketing ranging from food menu development to publishing an annual retail calendar, managing the PR agency, working with key suppliers, launching and developing an online marketing solution to benefit each TCG venue. I worked closely with the operators, area managers and general managers at all times and ensure the managed estate is one step ahead of the stiff competition and venues are benefiting from the central campaigns and promotions.

As part of a six strong marketing team for one the biggest drinks retail companies, it was primarily my responsibility to look over the then 20 West End venues. I would work closely with the area managers and brief in person promotions and campaigns launching across the business. Working alongside the marketing managers for the City and Tiger Tiger segment of the business we would synchronise promotions as well as join forces to launch key date activity.

Hailing themselves as the original style bar company in London, The Breakfast Group was a small operation with a very family feel. It was my introduction to the industry and I was assistant to the marketing manager. Young and eager to please, my main responsibilities (as well as general office duties) were managing the in house designer, liaising with the print company and sourcing, meeting and working with many promoters at one of the six central London venues.
