I currently work at Toast Lettings as general manager in the serviced accommodation industry. I manage our Durham office and all online platforms as well as our social media accounts. At Toast Lettings, we work closely with corporate clients and contractors working in the Durham area, providing cost effective fully furnished properties which are more suitable than a hotel for stays longer than just a couple of nights. The serviced accommodation market is still considered a relatively new concept, but having worked in this industry for over 3 and a half years, demand is increasing at a rather rapid rate and holiday lets are becoming more of the norm, giving landlords, holiday makers and contractors the ability to live comfortably whilst in a new town or city. I am also the manager for Toast Housekeeping which provides full cleaning services from anything from serviced apartments to general domestic cleaning.
