I work closely with the Financial Adviser, to ensure the best service for our financial service customers within the agency. I do this by discussing the customers general situation and assessing the appointment needs. I look after our customers pre and post-financial review to provide support and continuity, providing the highest level of customer care. I also assist the Financial Adviser with the paperwork for the appointment, completing Letter of Authorities for the customers. Also qualified in Home Insurance, Car Insurance, Agricultural Insurance, Equine and Commercial Vehicle Insurance

Opening current accounts, savings accounts, overdrafts, loans and children's accounts.

Helping customers bank in other ways instead of Queuing. I oversee and manage my customers. I liaise with my customers by having direct contact with them. Being the first point of call for them if they have any queries that they need answering, then putting them in front of the right advisor for their needs.

Building relationships with customers by serving them on a day to day basis. Help them with their finances by showing them different options within the bank. Also hitting my targets set by the branch management. Pushing myself to the maximum to achieve the targets set for myself and my team.

Help customers over the phone with their kitchen appliances. Help with customer queries and complaints.
