The insights I've gathered from the 6k+ people who’ve been through my in-person classes and my online community of over 18k home cooks, help me create trusted recipes and content that fits into and impacts busy lives. The 10 years I spent working in client service in advertising gave me the best grounding for running my own business. I love getting my teeth into a good brief and creating insight-driven, responsive content for brands. In addition to my cooking classes, supper clubs and free video and written content, I cook on stage at food festivals and events and appear regularly on BBC radio and in the press talking about food and cooking. I also create content and events for food and food equipment manufacturers - such as Quooker, Mirabeau, Luscombe, Neom and Albert Bartlett - to showcase their products and share them with my community of keen home cooks.In 2020 I launched cookwithgem.com, a members-only online cookery school with paying members who work with me from all over the world.
