From July 2015, when I first started Kinney Green, I have been based in the City office working with client accounts. My responsibilities are as follows- Ensuring a steady cash flow- Processing and allocating payments that had been received - Create monthly bank reconciliations for each individual bank account- Creating VAT reports for monthly returns- Speaking with surveyors to help maintain budgets on properties- Making payments to suppliers either via BACs or CHAPs- Assure funds have been received from tenants and landlords

When working at Kings Group, I was based in the Cheshunt office working with the residential properties. My responsibilities were as follows- Ensuring a steady cash flow- Create a daily bank reconciliation for the clearing account- Paying Landlords daily- Processing and allocating payments that had been received - Making payments to suppliers via BACs

Cafe Vn London

I had started at café VN as a part time waitress, and ended being a full time supervisor. My responsibilities are listed below- Cash up till at the end of each shift- Ensure staff and customers are happy- Handle all complaints- Create weekly staff rota- Daily stock check- Assure food and beverages are with customers- Manage staff to ensure all jobs are completed
