I have built up a wide range of valuation experience across Central London including Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Mayfair and South Kensington. How can I help?1. Experienced in valuation of complicated portfolios and manipulating associated volumes of data.2. Experience in Leasehold Reform Act claims dealing with lease extensions, collective enfranchisements and freehold sales 3. Also able assist and negotiate on rent review cases under the Landlord and Tenant Act. 4. Experience in carrying out valuation work under the Right-to-Buy scheme
