The Awesome Foundation is a global community advancing the interest of awesome in the universe, $1000 at a time.The Awesome Foundation supports projects through micro-grants, usually given out monthly. These micro-grants ($1000), come out of pockets of the chapter's "trustees" and are given on a no-strings-attached basis to people and groups working on awesome projects.

I was responsible for the end-to-end attraction, recruitment, and onboarding activities. From consultations with managers and the wider team to posting job ads and managing interviews. My role supports the entire employee lifecycle including learning and development, performance, and talent management. I was also heavily involved in organising company-wide and team events and creating a safe, efficient, and productive hybrid work environment.

I ran the Daily Stand-Ups and other SCRUM ceremonies. I worked closely with clients in order to understand their Business Requirements. I have regular check-in’s with the team and work together with them to deliver successful projects. I arrange events, assist with hiring and strategy, and generally help to make sure the day-to-day office life runs smoothly.
