I have 20 years’ experience in providing advice for a variety of clients from small owner-managed businesses through to large national PLCs, as well as senior executives looking to negotiate strategic exits.I deal with the full range of both contentious and non-contentious issues, including defending Employment Tribunal claims and providing support in relation to TUPE issues on business sales and restructuring, as well as drafting and advising on restrictive covenants. I also provide advice to a variety of clients on day to day employment law issues as they arise, as well as providing strategic advice.I enjoy getting to know businesses, business leaders and HR managers to fully understand their needs and preferred ways of working, and to help them develop their people strategies.
