Serves as the Director, US Central Command (USCENTCOM) Deployment and Distribution Operations Center (CDDOC). The CDDOC synchronizes joint transportation, distribution, and sustainment for the 20 countries of the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). The CDDOC projects and maintains national power where needed with the greatest speed and agility, the highest efficiency, and with the most reliable level of accuracy. The CDDOC links the strategic deployment and distribution processes to operational and tactical functions in support of the Warfighter, thereby improving total materiel distribution within USCENTCOM’s AOR. Also serves as the Deputy Director, USCENTCOM Logistic & Engineering, supporting the effective transition of logistics operations from peacetime or planning activities to monitoring, assessing, planning, and directing logistics operations throughout a Theater of Operations (e.g., Iraq or Afghanistan). Supporting the Joint Force Commander in achieving situational awareness in order to make decisions and disseminate and execute directives. Maintaining situational awareness requires maintaining visibility over the status and location of resources, over the current and future requirements US Joint and Coalition forces, and over the joint and component processes that deliver support to the joint force. In order to provide this visibility, timely and accurate data and information are required. The J4 oversees proper planning, coordination, synchronization and resourcing of core logistics functions: supply, maintenance, deployment and distribution, health services (HS), logistic services, engineering, and operational contract support (OCS) in support of Geographic Combatant Command (4 Star Level) military operations.

Commanded the largest Air Refueling Wing in the world, comprised of four groups, and eighteen squadrons with 3,500 military and civilian personnel ensuring global reach with fifty nine KC-135 aircraft. Ensured full-spectrum readiness of these critical forces for the nation's defense and force projection, including missions unique to the 22d Air Refueling Wing (KC-135RT, Special Operations Air Refueling, and Navigator Formal Training Unit). Oversaw the execution of an annual budget exceeding $90 million along with the physical and environmental security of a 3,500 acre military installation, and ensures quality of life for service members and their families. Led installation and operational unit preparations for the next generation tanker, the KC-46. Including oversight of $292 million in military construction (MILCON) projects required for the bed down of an Air Force top acquisition program.

Commanded Air Mobility Command's wing with the largest span of control, including 26 operating locations across 105 million square miles and 20 time zones. Supported United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) and US Pacific Command (USPACOM) by providing command and control, aircraft maintenance and aerial port support for over 30,000 aircraft, 430,000 passengers, and 110,000 tons of cargo annually. Formulated policies, procedures, and guidance to ensure Warfighter support throughout the Pacific global air mobility support system. Managed an annual operating and construction budget in excess of $210 million while executing the assigned mission with nearly $1 billion dollars in facilities and vehicles. Maintained the readiness of the global reach backbone in the Pacific, ensuring preparedness to support full-spectrum operations in the region.
