Stemming from my passion for strong company culture I naturally found my way into Recruiting. It was the perfect transition for me as I realized how much I enjoyed helping our clients find that right fit to help them build their dream teams. In true HR fashion, I am in it for the people and helping employees get to where they want to be. It is so important for employees to really connect with a company culture and vision. When speaking with candidates I enjoy hearing their stories. I like to understand what lights their fire when it comes to the workplace and align them in the career fit they're looking for. When a new hire is fired up about the company mission and they feel like they are part of a strong team, they become loyal hard working employees and everyone wins!I began my HR Career as an HR Assistant digging in and helping our clients will all facets of Human Resources. I started running payroll, creating offer letters, on-boarding new hires, revising handbooks, researching employer tax issues, enrolling employees in Health and Simple IRA plans among other day to day HR tasks. I also helped with Social Media Marketing. For the past 4 plus years I have overseen all Recruiting efforts at Ignite HR Solutions. Hiring the right people to build and sustain strong company culture is critical. I dive deep with my clients to truly understand them and acts like a member of their team. I look beyond resumes to better understand candidates and what motivates them. In a world that is being driven by automation, nothing can replace that authentic human interaction. I takes pride in my ability to connect my clients with the right candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the process.
