It Client Services And Support
Current- Provide onsite support for the CBS Amsterdam office and remote locations in Europe.- Responsible for the resolution of incident and service requests.- Install, configure, and support all hardware and software in the environment.- Develop a strong understanding of customers business needs and apply solutions.- Periodically assist with special projects, involving active directory and integration with other systems.- Documents issues and opportunities for improvement.- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.- Travel to office locations throughout Europe required for office moves, upgrades and Trade Show support.• Additional duties as required.
