The consulting report and other collaborative initiatives served as a catalyst to service line expansions, a 9x increase in claim volume, the acquisition of the Beech Street network and eventual merger with the industry’s largest secondary network, MultiPlan.

Spearheaded in-house development of the company’s web sites and Internet applications after an unsatisfactory effort with a well-known digital agency. Awarded Forbes ‘Best of the Web’ for site design and functionality.
