Gene Harding is a lifelong resident of Idaho, with over 25 years in the real estate, development, and home building industry. Gene has been a licensed real estate agent in Idaho since 1991, holding both a sales and broker’s license, with extensive experience in the Coeur d’Alene and Treasure Valley markets. In addition, Gene has led numerous commercial and residential development projects, from due diligence through entitlement and platting, and throughout construction. From a construction perspective, Gene has both managed the process, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor procurement, and also owned his own company.
