I am conducting research in Moldova learning more about the political relationships between citizens who live in Post-Soviet Union Countries. My thesis states although trust is dependent upon culture, culture can change in accordance to which type of government is implemented. If this is correct, the degree to which Moldovans trust others will vary according to age and level of implementation of democratic principles where Soviet style government once existed. I am using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies for my research.

As my career at Mercer comes to an end, I have accomplished a great deal in my tenure. I have accomplished just as much outside of the classroom as out. I have maintained a cum laude GPA (above 3.5), presented research twice at the Georgia Political Science Association Conference, and presented research twice at Mercer's Being Engaged in Active Research annual conference. I hold membership in the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society (for political science) and the honor society for leadership (Omicron Delta Kappa). I am President of both societies. I am also the creator and President of the Mercer Veteran's Association which is responsible for hosting the annual Veteran's day ceremony which has hosted Congressman Jim Marshall and General McMahon from Warner Robins as guest speakers. I am the Parliamentarian of the Student Government Association, the organization responsible for funding all student organizations on campus. Lastly, I am a Honor Council Investigating Justice and I have investigated and decided on over twenty-five cases in my tenure. For my efforts in both academia and extracurricular activities, I was the 2011 Truman Scholar Representative for Mercer University and I have been awarded a Fulbright scholarship to Moldova from August 2012 - June 2013 to research social capital in a Post Soviet Country.

Coordinated functions between public relations office of Embassy and Host Country to promote American Values and assets. I write articles for The Cluster, a newspaper for Mercer University at which I attend. I write bi-weekly columns mainly discussing political issues and public discussion on various levels of government.

I work in the Public Diplomacy and Educational Outreach section of the American Embassy as an Intern in conjunction with my major political science at Mercer University. I have also worked in the Political/Economic Section as well as the OMS position for the Deputy Chief of Mission.

Responsible for overall Administrative functions at Third Land Amphibious Assault Vehicle Battalion. Overseen eventual dissolution of Battalion level administrative office to support Base Administrative operations. These duties include: Pay and entitlements, legal issues, service record book audits, deployment orders, separation procedures, customer service, and Record of Emergency Data information. Also Responsible for administrative office combat readiness and administrative proficiency.
