In my journey with Confluence, a powerful tool that simplifies creation, collaboration, and orchestration of work for users, I had the privilege of leading end-to-end engineering for Atlassian's second-largest product, serving 60,000 businesses and millions of users.As an early member (#2) of the Mountain View team, I contributed to building the office from the ground up, helping to grow the team to over 350 engineers while emphasizing a culture of continuous improvement. I orchestrated the migration of the Confluence product from Sydney, Australia, to Mountain View, California, in just nine months. Subsequently, I rebuilt the Confluence engineering team from scratch, reaching a team size of over 100 talented engineers.
