He has built over 40 direct carrier relationships as a top producing Master Agent and successfully maintained as the largest wireline producing master agent for Sprint for 15 years in a row. Foster’s background mainly draws from an understanding of the technical aspects of network operations. He is considered an expert in Enhanced toll free Database routings and more recently has moved his company into the wireless mobility and TEM market space, with their TEMPO application that manages all aspects of wireline and wireless, and their newest release of TEMPO PRO, which focuses on large and enterprise wireless accounts and procurement.
