Provides individualized, comprehensive, and community-based support and rehabilitation services to persons with severe mental illness or co-occurring disorders. Administer basic services to residents and perform day-to-day operational functions, in addition to monitoring guests entry/exit to the building and providing an onsite response.Monitors self-administration of medication: this includes all procedures associated with the documentation of medication monitoring of self-administration in keeping with company standards, as well as procedures to follow if there is any disruption to the medication schedule.Promote healthy, positive relationships between staff and residents. Provide medical attention, if necessary.

Assist first-year students in building relationships with upper-class students.Provide first-year students with a personable connection to campus resources, such as one-on-one support.Aid and mentor incoming students in their transition to the university by accompanying them to classes and tutoring sessions.Plan and execute campus activities to promote healthy relationships, leadership opportunities, unity, and continuous development.Collaborate with teachers and administrators to discuss the academic needs of the student.
