As a leasing agent, I work with a team to sell out our brand new apartment complex Marshall Valley. A few of my tasks are answering and making calls, replying to emails, following up on leads, giving tours, and getting leases signed. As a leasing agent I gain experience and improve on my marketing skills, customer service skills, and inter personal interactions with everyone who comes into our office.

As a WaterWorks intern, I went through a rotation of positions which included operations, water lab, wastewater lab, engineering and compliance. As I spent a great deal as a compliance and permitting intern for my project at LCA I gained essential skills with excel and learning the water limitations and rule to ensure we were doing everything correctly. I learned a great deal of all of the laws that come with a water and wastewater plant and can further apply this in the future.
