-Monitoring inventory levels-Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices-Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases and pricing -Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, and deliveries-Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.-Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS)-Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.-Generating purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems

-Responsible for keeping updated with cycle developments and communicating with prospective intended parents, understanding their needs, desires, and goals-Establishing an ongoing relationship with intended parents in an effort to assist with the selection process of an ED donor-Ensures the accuracy and data integrity of information stored in the database by upholding company privacy policies-Solely responsible for managing billing for all stored specimen

-Coordinating patient care plans by liaising with all necessary care providers and medical professions to ensure patient needs are met-Works to create efficient systems and workflows within the clinic-Collect and input patient data into computer system

Ensure an adequate level of inventory of products in accordance with inventory cycles and store capacity. Conduct daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems, develops and implements inventory control procedures, and act as a direct support for inventory management/purchasing inquiries form all departments related to Operations.-Assist New Store Opening's with inventory setup and ordering process-Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures-Assist in the set-up of recipe, recipe location, item storage and inventory set-up-Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory-Support Training Department with developing content for purchasing training for all new and existing management team-Oversee and maintain inventory/waste audits-Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions-Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.-Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns
