Developed, coordinated, and executed comprehensive marketing plans that focused on enhancing gameday atmosphere, fan engagement, and event attendance for Cross Country, Volleyball, Swimming & Diving, and other events produced by FSU Athletics. Collaborated with internal departments, corporate sponsors, NCAA representatives, and outside persons to market events. Conducted market research to analyze group sales opportunities. Cold called community groups, businesses, potential vendors, and sponsors to garner support and group sales opportunities. Planned, directed, and executed event marketing and promotions for the 2021 NCAA DI Cross Country Championship, including the creation of game event scripts, music/band promotions, and videoboard content (Tagboard). Assisted with creation of design elements, including print materials, social media graphics, radio advertising scripts, and cross-promotional announcements at other FSU athletic events. Facilitated in-game promotions, sponsorship executions, giveaway distributions, and other clerical duties as assigned.

The Florida State Athletic Sales & Service Department is the main contact to Florida StateAthletics for many donors, season ticketholders, and guests. We are the first people fans interact with and area major generator of revenue for the department. Thus, professional and enthusiastic attitudes are necessary qualities participants must possess. In this role, I work closely with the Sales & Service Managers and Account Representatives to deliver excellent customer service to each and every fan entering Doak Campbell Stadium. I proactively offered assistance and responded to the needs and questions of all fans at each home game.

Operated multiple cameras for online live stream footage and archive purposes. Footage was sentto ESPN and MiLB.Worked with Daktronics system to display live statistics, teamline-ups, crowd prompts, commercials, promotions andreplayed footage on two outdoor HD boards.Communicated with a team to produce a show for both liveand online audiences.
