Prosper West is dedicated to supporting the economic development of the Westside community. As an outreach specialist for the Small Business line and a social worker in training , I enjoy building connections with San Antonio's business owners and community and aim towards empowerment.

I manage ongoing quality, operational excellence and customer service while the Field Support Group oversees and maintains operational compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, company policies and procedures, and accrediting organization standards. Responsibilities• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, and Clinical teams to ensure appropriate and effective operational methods and best practices are being used to support the branch• Provide leadership, support, guidance and direction to branch employees while being responsible for the daily supervision of the Field Support team in conjunction with all other internal employees• Mentor, advise, and coach talent for succession and growth opportunities within the Field Support team• Oversee caregiver on boarding experience, payroll and billing processes, and medical record management processes in compliance with State and Federal guidelines and regulations

I participated in the start up and development of the Pediatric Therapy program in San Antonio that contributes to the introduction of this new business line in Maxim Healthcare Services. I've had the pleasure to work with ambitious and enthusiastic colleges as well as prominent peer providers that contribute to helping the community of children with special needs. From creating operational tools, overcoming obstacles, and identifying niche opportunities- this experience has been so exciting and rewarding! I'm continuously looking for relationships and contacts that can contribute to these efforts in our local San Antonio area.
