As the Marketing Coordinator, I handled all aspects of the marketing and advertising for The Commons Executive Suites. I designed all print and email blasts. I also planed events for all locations and attended all chamber events. My focus was to attract new clients and raise occupancy as well as keep client retention high.

As the Assistant Manager, I run the day to day operations of 2 office buildings. I make sure the maintenance of the buildings is done in a timely manner. I handle all technical issues and if I am not able to resolve the problem, I send it to the appropriate vendor. I collect bids for anything that needs to be done as well as see the task to completion. I put together marketing ideas and put them into action. When a new client moves in, I ensure everything like their furniture, phone, fax, and internet is set up. When the Property Manager is not available, I show space and put together proposals for leases. I make sure lease renewals are done and distributed. I take care of all in house networking including newsletters and flyers.
