• Provide professional guidance, consultation, and expertise related to career services, career development, and personal development to an average case load of 100 students per semester • Developed and teach curriculum for internship and career planning courses, including original lesson plans and resources (taught 55: 1-hour sections, 720 students) • Build and maintain relationships with employers looking to recruit at Tulane, provide excellent customer service and personalized attention• Developed a Peer Mentor program to support the Tulane Career Center staff and student population, trained mentors on resume and cover letter writing as well as LinkedIn. Peer Mentors successfully completed 86 student appointments and 5 workshops in pilot semester•Train adjunct instructors and advisors in all aspects of career development • Educate students in personality and strength assessments and how to apply them to academic and professional settings including Do What You Are (MBTI), StrengthsFinder, and Woofound• Hire and supervise a student support staff of around 20 students, provide training and guidance throughout the year.
