Mind Coach empowers adults around the world to achieve their own definitions of happiness, balance, and fulfillment. Our mission is to empower people affected by ADHD or executive dysfunction to become more independent, confident, and resilient. At Mind Coach we believe: There is no such thing as failure; there is only success and learning. Every individual has the innate talent they need to find success. There is power in neurodiversity. Every person can benefit from a coach. Founded by Adela Baker in 2016, Mind Coach helps Turbo Thinkers (adults with ADHD) who are adventurous, online professionals, curious, creative, wanderers, explorers, global citizens and more to overcome executive function challenges by embracing neurodiversity, focusing on empowerment and self-advocacy, celebrating strengths of ADHD and having a growth mindset within a collaborative and non-judgmental environment.
