Current- Provide customer-focused reimbursement support to patients and physicians. Identify and facilitate referrals to alternative coverage options and financial assistance programs for patients who are underinsured or require copay assistance.- Communicate regularly with Field Reimbursement Managers and practice manager to identify issues and trends which led to more alignment with partners and less escalations.- Design and execute training for new hires and entire team as lead home based trainer and process team member. Supplemented the training plan with Google Suite documents to streamline the training process and alignment between all trainers. Shared plan and resources to other home based trainers during our quarterly meeting.- Review, update, and provide input on working documents, job aids, and standard operating procedures. Develop and provide training through the process team when training gaps or updates are identified which provides team alignment.Identify barriers to reimbursement and recommend program efficiencies to promote high quality work.- Perform call monitoring, case reviews, and audits as part of the peer monitoring team and backup compliance captain. Provide feedback individually and in team meetings when trends are identified.- Represent case managers in forums that educate partners within and outside of Access Solutions organization. Show less
