Current• Prior to my June 1st start date, we provided a sales lead for the Metro Atlanta Seminary.• Within 15 days, we created a transition plan for our SIMPLE IRA.• Within 60 days, we completely overhauled our chart-of-accounts (COA) and resulting financial reporting.• Within 60 days, we overhauled our ADP G/L Interface Accounts Mapping to QuickBooks.• Within 60 days, we began distribution of monthly departmental financial reporting (StartCHURCH Marketing Operating Expense Monthly Trend to Marketing).• Within 60 days, we reconciled all StartCHURCH Bank of America (BOA) accounts for six (6) months: Jan-2021 to Jun-2021.• Within 90 days, we reconciled all StartCHURCH American Express credit cards for eight (8) months: Dec-2020 to Jul-2021.• Within 90 days, we created custom reporting for the Technology Division that summarized all software purchases & subscriptions by month and by vendor.• Within 90 days, we created and distributed CEO’s first Total Payroll Report.• In Sep-2021, we implemented a Capitalization Policy effective 01/01/2021.• In Sep-2021, we completed our first estimate of Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) for 2020-2021 by individual employee.• In Oct-2021, we created 2013-2021 YOY Efficiency Statistics (Payroll vs. Sales) for CEO.• In Oct-2021, we published a StartCHURCH Blog entry, Everyone Wins with the SIMPLE IRA.• In Oct-2021, we created a monthly Financial Accounting Close Calendar to track individual tasks and completion dates.• In Nov-2021, we published StartCHURCH’s first Balance Sheet Reconciliation Status & Tracking to insure that all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly.• In Nov-2021, we implemented a PTO Tracker for HR to monitor and manage employees with negative PTO balances and with PTO balances > 40 hours.• In Dec-2021, we transitioned accounting processes (bill audit, bill categorization, vendor payment, etc.) for all new healthcare/insurance providers: Cigna, Principal Life, Flex Facts, HealthPERX.2,000 Char Max
