DETAILED ORIENTEDWhile working to create the CuraRX App, I managed a portion of the information focused on the target audience including end users such as those affected by mild Alzheimer’s or short-term memory loss as well as care givers, pharmacists and doctors. To ensure 100% company-wide compliance for Employment Law training, I manage the parameters required by each state. I lead efforts to compile and deploy instructions and detailed information for more than 94 retail locations across the nation and the corporate office.COMMUNICATORDuring the creation of the CuraRX App, continuous communication was key to ensure effective collaboration between the members of our four-person team as we worked to create wireframes, workflows and UI interface for a Low-Fi, Hi-Fi design. As for the Visually Impaired Customers’ project I partnered with our legal team to generate and manage communication for company leaders like The Container Store executive leadership, regional and area directors, general managers and store leadership teams encompassing the corporate office and 94 retail locations nation-wide for up to 3200 employees.
