Extensive Director and acting SES Band 1 experience, with a total of 31 years public sector experience, across seven agencies and a Cabinet Minister’s office.Over 20 years’ experience in corporate based fields, including ministerial, parliamentary, portfolio coordination and property related fields.Responsible for Sections and Branches ranging from 8 – 70 people, with 3 – 6 direct reports.Implemented systematic portfolio-wide strategies relating to parliamentary, Cabinet and property.Introduced property strategies that are being implemented across the portfolio.A successful track record in creating teams, leading people through change, building capability and addressing performance.Will be leaving the Dept of Home Affairs shortly, on leave, to look at what opportunities there are that suits my skills and experience.
