I am an experienced IT Service Management consultant with demonstrated people, technical, and management skills particularly in the area of Operational Technology, GIS, Oracle, and Application Management. For the past fifteen years, as a service delivery manager, I have focused on the delivery and support of billing, tolling, document management ERP and SCADA systems. Prior to that, I was responsible for the day to day management of all database and software systems delivering outsourced spatial information capture to the Victorian government. In undertaking these roles, I place a focus on relationships, initiative and commitment to delivering high-quality services to my clients. I enjoy mentoring and coaching team members and helping junior colleagues progress their careers while taking pride in and enjoying their work.I have a Bachelor of Applied Science (Surveying and a Graduate Diploma in Land Data Management from RMIT, and ITIL certifications and experience.
