30+ years of industry experience as a software developer, manager, program manager, Director and Test Architect. In my current role, I craft the Test Strategy and Architecture for 400+ Software and Hardware testers across India, Taiwan, and the United States. Initiatives include Agile Testing, Test Automation, Continuous Testing, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning.As a natural collaborator, I thrive when working across organizational boundaries to address challenges whether they be right in front of us or just over the horizon. I enjoy working with the test communities that span Dell, our partner vendors, national conferences and the local Austin software community to share evolving technical practices. I actively contribute to the community by sharing our first-hand challenges, experiences and recommendations as a speaker at Agile, STAR, QAI, and related software conferences. As a board member for the www.Veterans4Quality.Org program, I also instruct and coach participating Veterans during their transition from service and help provide them an on-ramp to a career in software quality assurance.
