The Weekend Martial Artist is a weekly self-defense podcast that is targeted at both martial arts practitioners and non-martial-artists. The main idea is that one doesn't have to beat the daylights out of someone to gain control of a situation. We always present three levels of response to an aggressor. The first level of response always very peaceful. The second - when someone is a little "too rough" - is still gentle, but firm, and builds on the first technique. The third level of response - when the aggressor appears to be about to cause harm - also builds on the first and second technique, and is designed to help the victim of the aggressive behavior escape the situation.

Provided real life training for Radio and Television students at Newbury College. Desperately tried to make sure students received what was needed to get their foot in the door within their chosen field.

Started as a Courier shuttling tapes to and from ad agencies, ended as an Assistant Director, worked many positions including executive assistant, field producer, occasional voice-overs and scriptwriting, all for the fabulous sum of $5 an hour plus overtime.
