The facility manager is responsible for the integration of the workplace with the people and work of the organization. This program will provide knowledge and analytical skills for those pursuing careers in this profession. Manage a 120,000 square foot property acting as a landlord, tenant and conference centre operator for Centre for Health & Safety Innovation (CHSI), a not-for-profit corporation. Includes 5 corporate tenants and public event space (conference, meetings and training rooms). CHSI’s clients include Fortune 500, not-for-profit and government. As the senior executive reporting to the Board of Directors, provide strategic and operational leadership to CHSI by managing the facility operations and generating both leasing and conference centre revenue.
