    I became host of a weekly national radio time slot, Saturday nights from 6:15 until 8:00 when I joined CBC to host The Canadian Top 20. A couple of years later CBC tweaked what we were doing but kept me in the host position for Coast To Coast. It was an awesome number of years. Coast To Coast featured both established and emerging musical talent. My duties included liaising with the Canadian independent music industry, music and guest selection, researching and writing continuity for hundreds of interviews and national broadcasts; public appearances such as attendance at the Juno Awards and the West Coast Music Awards where I was MC one year. The position afforded me contract interview work in this field for CTV and CBC Television. I became an active member of the West Coast chapter of CARAS.

    Emmy award winner Daryl Duke created, staffed and supervised the production of several weekly Canadian television series. I was a music journalist and host/interviewer on the show Video Gallery, a weekly popular music video show. I wrote continuity and interviews with popular recording artists. I was contracted for this position following a television interview with a pop music act for CTV where it was suggested that I audition for the show. Unfortunately this position ended when the television station was sold.
