Mr. Dingle obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting) and a Post-graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Natal (Durban).

Mr. Dingle was an Associate Director in the Division of Registration and Inspections at the Public Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). While at the PCAOB, Mr. Dingle was responsible for:• Participating in and led registered accounting firm inspection teams, including reviewing the audit work performed by Big Four audit firms on SEC registered company audits and interviewing Big Four audit firm partners and engagement team personnel• Researching auditing, accounting, and reporting issues relevant to SEC audits, including application of SEC technical accounting pronouncements• Managed a team which reviewed the risk management and quality control system of a Big Four audit firm• Assisting in the preparation of Sarbanes-Oxley inspection reports to be reviewed and issued by the PCAOB• Evaluating the appropriateness of a Big Four audit firm's root cause analysis and remediation procedures

Mr. Dingle was an audit senior manager at Deloitte and in this role, Mr. Dingle led audit engagements for large publicly held companies. His client portfolio included consumer business, manufacturing, and agriculture companies.

Mr. Dingle was the Financial Accountant of a media/newspaper company where he was responsible for the functioning of the accounting department and the month-end financial close and analysis/reporting process.
