Working as a pitch assistant since March 2023. I have gained practice working in a small team, aiding the local community of Toxteth and helping to provide free football sessions for children in the area. Occasionally, I am left independently with the responsibility of managing customer bookings and ensuring that the pitch is well maintained.

Worked from September 2021 to January 2022 as a sales assistant. My tasks were keeping the shop floor presentable, serving customers and keeping stock up to date. I gained more confidence and experience dealing with customers and was comfortable handling stock checks.

Duties included • Greeting customers & welcoming guests.• Taking orders for food and drinks from customers. • Serving food and drinks to customers from the kitchen and bar. • Processing customer payments. • Cleaning tables and service areas before and after customers arrive and depart. • Answering questions about the menu, ingredients, and cooking methods. • Making recommendations for food and drinks to customers. • Handling complaints and ensuring customers are happy During my time waiting, I learned how to deal with customer dissatisfaction and I also had to work very efficiently in a fast-paced, busy environment.

Worked for four months as a temporary sales assistant over the 2018 Christmas period then worked for another four months over the 2020 christmas period. My main priority was making sure shoppers were satisfied and I received training in customer service to help with this. It was also my priority to ensure the store was presentable and tidy.
