Responsible for the Projectmanagement of AFAS ERP Software implementations for the AFAS Caribbean division.Successful software implementation projects include: Accounting/Finance, Warehouse Management, Procurement, CRM, HR, Payroll, Project Management, Intranet (employee portal) and Extranet (customer portal).My Project Management responsibilities include: • Manage and lead software implementation projects to create digital change in companies.• Advise client's Management Teams on the improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).• Define the project scope and projectplanning• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client's expectations.• Monitoring the project and provide the projectboard with project status updates.
