Working on Barclays UK contract for marketing print, initially at client site and later in a hybrid role. Sole London representative for the on-site team with responsibility for· Campaign Management – planning, production, and delivery of nationwide branch marketing campaigns· Scheduling, estimating, and budgeting projects and all deliverables· Co-ordinating efforts between multiple suppliers including internal studio, print and warehouse facilities, external print suppliers and client’s creative agencies· Actively managing dynamic schedules with hands-on risk mitigation where necessary· Print procurement – including litho and digital marketing literature, personalised mailings, 2D and 3D point of sale, promotional items, large format and site installations· Cataloguing new artwork versions internally and managing updates to client’s asset management system· Warehouse management – monitoring client stock for reprints, coordinating supplier deliveries and warehouse distributions· Managing client purchase orders to ensure all pending work is budgeted for and all projects invoiced to schedule, tracking any aged-debt queries through to resolution

Moving to a senior role within the team following the acquisition of TSO by Williams Lea Tag.- Responsibility for delivering high-profile and highly sensitive Government projects- Delivering to time-critical and often highly pressured schedules- Team Leader responsibilities, training and mentoring new members of the team- Managing departmental production workflows to mitigate risk- Performance reporting to Directors ensuring internal KPIs are delivered on - Attending regular client review meetings and delivery of contractual MI

- End-to-end Project Management of the publishing lifecycle, applying Prince2 Methodology- Working with Government policy teams to set requirements and critical paths, and to agree outcomes- Managing fast-moving workflow on internal shared systems and software - Procurement of design, print, editorial services, translation, digital and print deliverables- Co-ordinating efforts between multiple suppliers- Scheduling, estimating and budgeting project and all its deliverables- Actively managing dynamic schedules with hands-on risk mitigation where necessary- Proof checking content to ensure documents are accurate and meet quality and Parliamentary guidelines

- Managing workflows to ensure all deadlines are met- Liaising with clients and in-house pre-press teams to ensure content is accurate and meets publishing requirements- Liaising with production managers to ensure time-critical jobs are prioritised- Coordinating delivery, official publishing and archiving- Invoicing and administration duties- Key role in streamlining of Parliamentary printing processes
