As the in-house graphic designer, I oversee a broad range of creative and administrative tasks to elevate and consistently promote our brand across various platforms. My role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict guidelines and deadlines to produce high-quality design solutions. Key responsibilities include:• Developing and upholding brand guidelines to ensure consistency in color schemes and design elements across all touchpoints.• Serving as a brand ambassador, enhancing the company's image both internally and externally.Crafting innovative designs for marketing campaigns across digital and print media.• Creating dynamic digital content, such as GIF and digital animations, for affiliate banners and social media ads.• Producing stop-frame animations for clear and engaging product demonstrations.• Designing and coordinating production of POS materials, signage, and posters for events and retail setups.• Leading email marketing campaigns from design to execution using tools like MailChimp and Stripo.Updating website content, including copy and imagery, via platforms like Magento and BigCommerce.• Generating print and digital ads for affiliate magazines and strategic placements in high-profile publications and locations like the London Underground.• Managing schedules and budgets to ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.• Curating social media content and growing our follower and subscriber base through targeted campaigns and consistent interaction.• Implementing new procedures and automation to enhance business processes and efficiency.These activities reflect my comprehensive approach to integrating graphic design with digital marketing, focusing on creativity, precision, and strategic execution.

I work to creative design briefs for all print outcomes from business cards to brochures. I liase with clients, invoice and mange workflow and have integrated new procedures to create a smoother running design and print studio.

Duties include: quality control of frames and print, digital retouching, returns, some building maintenance and up keep. Graphic Design for POS, poster and exhibition graphics.

Teaching and facilitating learning for 16+ to adult learners ranging from level 3 to 5. I specialise in Adobe Creative Suite software (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) with my learners. I teach paper engineering, laser cutting, packaging, print, retouching, digital manipulation and general art and graphic design skills.I particularly enjoy seeing students progressing to university and I myself being kept on my toes with new technologies and current trends.

Seasonal Job; sharing my skills and expertise to sell and demonstrate Apple products with all walks of life. Some new to buying an Apple product to returning customers. My fondest memory was helping an elderly gentleman sending his first email to his friend on his new iPad.
