I am the managing director of GeoMapper a company that specialises in the manufacture and training of UAV technology for the land survey and inspection sectors.GeoMapper also provides services in the surveying, Inspection and video / photography sectors using the latest UAV technology. Our team of qualified teaching staff also deliver world class training in all sectors of UAV technology within companies.With over 25 years experience of designing and manufacturing UAV's for both recreational and commercial use our knowledge is industry leading.For over eight years I taught as a secondary school teacher specialising in Design and Technology - Electronic Products. This involved careful planning and delivery of a targeted program of work to students. A large portion of their work was based around 21st century learning with access to outstanding CAD / CAM facilities. This enabled students to realise their full potential to achieve and more than often exceed their expectations. Using this knowledge and experience Geo-Mapper has been able to develop extensive training packages that deliver the core learning needed to use UAV's safely and effectively within industry.Previous experience includes signalling and communications engineering on the national rail network. I have also been a sales team leader for a large national car retailer.
