I was lucky to be a part of the highly successful UPM team for 2.5 years. In 2022 UPMers achieved an all-time-high revenue and increased sales in our department by 36%, while EBIT grew by 42%. In Polish market, which I was directly responsible for, the forecast for 2023 increased by 87% in comparison to 2021. In Moldovan and Estonian markets, which were also in my scope, sales grew by 46% and 26% respectively. At the same time the revenues in Ukrainian market have decreased by a quarter, however, this was mainly due to the Russian invasion which took place in February 2022.Together we also went through challenging times of rapid production costs growth and 2 labour strikes, which took place at our mills. Other achievements include:- Implementing the "Future Service" project from the sketch to Go Live;- Profitability in 2021 increased by 42%, despite growing production costs;- Implementing ABM marketing;My responsibilities included:- Coordinating the information flow between different teams within the company to ensure stable Working and Sales processes- Cooperating closely with Sales Directors on Business Development & Deal Making;- Forecasting and data mining;- Working with SAP ERP, Salesforce, Plan It, Power BI;- Conducting Business in 3 different markets (5 countries);- Developing and cultivating relationships with clients;- Monitoring Supply Chain processes and coordinating the logistics;- Looking for new opportunities on a constantly shrinking market;

Coyote Logistics was my first job after the graduation. I was an account manager for the Benelux and Baltic markets. On the local level, in ESN UE Wroclaw, within 4 months I became a board member responsible for the PR and was leading a team of 12 people.We have successfully organized 3 big events, signed a partnership for student exchange and best practices sharing with our Italian colleagues from ESN Milano-Bicocca and represented our section at 2 major events in Belgium and Lithuania.On the national level, in ESN Poland, I was a member of the R&D team which was working with data and supplying decision-makers with analytics and recommendations for marketing, sales and event management campaigns.
