Taking the leading role for the implementation of various softwares including Esoft Accounting (Multicurrency/Multicompany module), Esoft Payroll, PFM Timesheet recording, PFM Invoicing/billing, Ebos AML software.

Positioned in the Accounting depart. as a Head of Accounting Department, a company providing Fiduciary services and Compliance Services, Accounting/Tax and VAT services for International clients. • Monitor and control the work done by 9 people. • Being responsible for a portfolio of International clients’ Cyprus, UK and HK Companies (Russia Federation, Ukraine, Sweden, Netherlands, Poland, Canada, India and Greece etc) approximately 150 companies and the coordination of the audit process. • Consistently contribute to converting service opportunities to successful proposals for new and/or existing clients.• Anticipate client needs, the managing introduction of technical experts or specialists where applicable.• Demonstrate and set high standards of behavior, performance quality, credibility and integrity to the team members.• Participate in the development of new methodologies/procedures or approaches to address firm needs.• Use technical skills, together with experience, to ensure that the solutions provided to clients are practical and commercially viable.• Understanding the client's business, issues, and being able to identify ways to address client needs, the introduction of technical experts such as Legal, Tax or VAT. Positioned in the Accounting & VAT department as a Senior Manager, Duties include:• Monitor and control the work done by 16 people, including 3 section leaders (Managers or Supervisors) • Being responsible for the accounting work for a portfolio of international Cyprus Companies origin from various countries, including Russia Federation, Ukraine, Sweden, Poland, Romania, Greece etc) and the coordination of the audit process. •Resolving project issues. Positioned in the Global Compliance Services (GCS) as a Manager, Duties include:• Monitor and control the work done by 8 people.• Reviewing accountancy /tax work done by newly qualified and trainee Chartered/Certified accountants in my group, offering them advice and guidance where necessary.•Responsible for a portfolio of clients’ work in progress (Job controller), collections due (Collection controller) and the coordination of the audit process and progress.•Advising and proposing financial solutions to corporate clients on tax, accountancy, administration and other related matters.•Reviewing any professional correspondence between the office and third parties (clients, local authorities IR office, Registrar of companies, banking institutions).•Expand value added services to existing clients where is possible (Cross-sells) by capitalizing on opportunities within across lines of services (Legal, Tax, Advisory)Important characteristics on acting my role:•Develop strong relationships with clients. Positioned in the Finance Department as financial Controller. Duties include•The overall running of the application software systems implemented by the organization. The position includes the operation and the support of computerized Accounting, Inventory Stock Control, Job Costing system and Payroll system.•Preparation of budgets, forecast and management accounts (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow Statements).•Maintaining and exercising control over internal procedures, supervising accounting entries and analyzing transaction reports.•Participating in the departments’ quality circles.•Participating in the internal control daily procedures (purchase department, Stock costing department).•VAT preparation and Payroll computation, internal audit control and preparation of the yearly financial statements.•Assisting in the preparation and utilization of Documentary Letters of credit subject to Uniform customs rules.•Coordination and control of the company’s inventory, creditors and the treasury of cash flow, especially the control of supplier payments.My role in the organization is to act a pivotal role in the strategic direction of the business and in the major negotiations with the suppliers.
