Project Name: King Abdullah Aziz Project for Development of Security Facilities Phase 2D (KAP2D). Client: Ministry of Interior, KSA. Location: Riyadh, KSA. Value: USD 1,269,110,175 Project Description: It is similar project to KAP2E with 20 sites spread in Riyadh and eastern province.Project Name: Al Waseel Hills Project. (finished)Client: SABIC. Location: Riyadh, KSA. Value: USD 558,326,000 Project Description: Construction of Phase 1 of a residential community for SABIC employees in Riyadh area. Work includes construction of 623nos. villas, 5no. apartment blocks, and a number of community and commercial facilities such as market, mosques, schools, clubhouses, recreation centers and integrated parks and plazas. The housing is a LEED Silver rated from USGBC, USA. The contract also includes perimeter walls, sewer and water treatment plants, main access road and Wadi bridges and culverts, infrastructure and landscaping.

Project Name: West Corridor P010 - Package 1 Client: Public Works Authority (ASHGHAL). Project Location: Doha Qatar Value: USD 458,000,000. Project Description: Package 1 is part of the East-West Corridor project which is a major East-West Expressway connecting the Industrial Area to the New Doha International Airport. Package 1 comprises a 10.5 km long section that starts just west of the future Inner Orbital road at Interchange 32 and extends to just west of the proposed Barwa city access at interchange 29A. The main road consists of a 10-lane section (5 lanes in each direction) and four major interchanges with total of 110Km of corridors.

Project Description: Redesign and construction of a 342km long road connecting Addis Ababa and Jimma in Ethiopia. The road was a 2-lane passing through a lot of villages and towns through plain and mountains areas with a lot of intersections and concrete structures. The contract is being financed as a grant under the 7th and 8th European Development Fund. Project Name: Various Design Projects. Location: Cyprus. Project Descriptions: • Design of phase 2 of the Sewerage network in Paralimni, Cyprus, for Paralimni Sewerage Board. • Preparation of shop drawings and cross sections of the “Stradigou Tymayia” road and drainage project in Larnaca, Cyprus, for Cybarco Ltd. • Hydrology study for the city centre and a new under development residential area in Aradippou, Cyprus, for Aradippou Municipality. • Redesign and rehabilitation study on 4 bridges on river Archangelos in Aradippou, for Aradippou Municipality I.S.
