In this position I have gained further experience working in the service industry. Whilst working in one of the nation’s premier stores I have gained experience working in a high-volume retail setting allowing me to communicate with a diverse array of individuals, including customers and colleagues alike, further developing my already strong interpersonal skills. I have also refined some of the sales techniques developed in my previous role. Using techniques such as “power of suggestion” I have demonstrated efficacy in securing sign-ups for the companies “Health & Beauty Cards.”
