I am a compassionate leader known for putting my community ahead of any personal interests. In addition, I am a strong visionary and strategic thinker who enjoys creating something that benefits others and then taking care to ensure that this creation is preserved and enhanced. I consider myself to be a catalyst in that I influence those around me to be high achievers and to work outside of their comfort zone with my support. As a results oriented individual, I also enjoy implementing plans and programs and am known for my capacity to see an issue through to resolution. Even when the resolution may not be ideal, I have a strong “stick with it” capacity to carry a project through to completion. Working collaboratively with others, I am adept at problem solving especially in a health oriented environment where patients’ lives are impacted by the decision-making of others. At the core of my enthusiasm is a desire to serve and make a difference in peoples’ lives and to implement the appropriate strategies which will see the patient’s experience transformed from focusing on their illness to living life to the fullest each day.
