Engineering Technician/Subject Matter Expert
CurrentTacMoble Software Integration(TMSIL) Lab Test Lead. Test Lead is responsible for coordinating the assistance of the NAVAIR Software Integration Lab (PAXSIL), Test and Evaluation Squadron One (VX-1), NIWC software development group, and various other entities. Conduct testing of update versions of the P8 Mission Planning Component (MPC) that corresponds with release of new Tactical Open Mission System (TOMS) aircraft software. Generate test reports noting deficiencies and submit to the Government for review. Also provide software change proposals to improve the usability of the software for the fleet operator.
Systems Integration Analyst Iv
Responsible for Testing, Analysis, and Training of U.S. Navy Shore base TacMobile systems and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) systems in support of the P3C Orion and P8A Poseidon aircraft. Work with Government Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to develop requirements for new or updated software applications. Develop and execute the test plans and procedures conducting a thorough analysis of new software releases for functionality, usability, and correctness in accordance with the Software Requirements Specification (SRS). Work with software developers to satisfy TacMobile Information Assurance (IA) requirements for current and future software applications.Test Team Lead for the TacMobile C4I project responsible for the development of Test Plans, Test Procedures, coordinating team members, and generating Acceptance Test Reports for new TacMobile software. Maintain the applications Help File and create additional training material for TacMobile applications and systems. Conduct onsite testing and training of US Navy TacMobile systems as well as Foreign Military Sales (FMS) systems worldwide.
P3C Non-Acoustic Operator
Primary Non-Acoustic operator for the Fleet Anti-Surface Warfare Improvement Program (AIP), flew 250+ hours in support of the development of the APS-137C(V)5 Early Littoral Combat Identification (ELCID) Radar system and the Airborne Imaging Multi-Spectral Sensor (AIMS). Flew over 25 supporting flights for the Suppression of Enemy Air Defense (SEAD) exercise in 2001. Primary Electronic Warfare Operator for the Royal Norwegian Air Force Upgrade Improvement Program. Supervised five other Non-Acoustic operators supporting eleven ongoing NAVAIR projects. Naval Air Training and Operational Procedure Standardization (NATOPS) Instructor for five Electronic Warfare Operators resulting in a 100% passing rate during the last evaluation cycle and scores 10% above the Fleet average. Aircrew Coordination Training (ACT) Instructor charged with the training of Military and Civilian personnel on all facets of safety during test flights. As Classified Material Custodian reduced the amount of unnecessarily stored classified material by 85%.

Operations department flight schedule writer for three years and Flight Logs and Records Leading Petty Officer for three years, responsible for scheduling and tracking 144 aircrewmen amounting to over 2,000 operational flights and more than 10,000 hours of flight time. Non-Acoustic Training Petty Officer implemented an innovative training plan that resulted in test scores 20% above the Fleet average. Managed the training of upgrading Operators resulting in progress well ahead of schedule.
P-3C Uiii Non-Acoustic Operator/Fleet Natops Instructor
On the Test and Evaluation team for the ALR-66 ESM system, APS-137B (V) Radar system, Sonobuoy Missile Impact Location System (SMILS) project, Global Positioning System, and the Anti-Infra-red Missile system. Operations Department flight schedule writer, Flight Logs and Records Leading Petty Officer for three years. Responsible for writing the flight schedule for 180 aircrewmen on 8 different aircraft platforms. Maintained flight logs for 180 aircrewmen and Navigation Publications for 18 Aircraft also the Operations Department Navy Air Logistics Office (NALO) coordinator. Designed and implemented a tracking system that increased the logged training hours by 25%. As NATOPS Instructor maintained Aircrew Training Jackets 37 Aircrewmen on four different aircraft types.
