Customer Care Associate
Current- Answer inbound calls and chats, directly from customer or from agent as needed.
- Make outbound calls to agents, customers, and co-workers.
- Answer inbound emails, draft and send outbound emails to customers, co-workers, and corporate to obtain additional information and research.
- Manage order and ongoing issue documentation in shared Google Drive documents.
- Take escalated contacts to provide additional information, handle irate customers, resolve ongoing issues.
- Problem solve when new issues arise, ensure all requirements for customer are met in a timely manner.
