• Answer inbound calls and chats, directly from customer or from agent as needed.• Make outbound calls to agents, customers, and co-workers.• Answer inbound emails, draft and send outbound emails to customers, co-workers, and corporate to obtain additional information and research.• Manage order and ongoing issue documentation in shared Google Drive documents.• Take escalated contacts to provide additional information, handle irate customers, resolve ongoing issues.• Problem solve when new issues arise, ensure all requirements for customer are met in a timely manner.• Coach agents through calls, chats, and emails by providing additional information or assisting with escalated issues.• Familiar with Outlook, Google Drive (Excel, Word), Order Dynamics, UFC, and Magento programs.• Escalation team – leadership position within first four months of hiring.• Back office worker, handling call tickets and resolving them as needed.

• Answer office telephone to handle inquiries, take payments for rent or merchandise, make storage or U-Haul reservations, or resolve conflicts with new and long-time customers.• Experience with Sitelink and U-Haul POS systems to take payment or make reservations/move-ins and move-outs.• Update social media pages to reflect specials, hours, and advertise business for storage facility, car wash locations (Screaming Eagle Car Wash), and Haul.• Update electronic signs for storage and car wash locations via Watchfire program.• Hard copies filing of all tenant leases and receipts, as well as work related reports including financial reports and walk through/grounds reports.• Maintain cleanliness within the office and on the grounds to appeal to potential customers and keep current ones satisfied.

• Answer office telephone to handle inquiries, take payments for rent or merchandise, make storage or U-Haul reservations, or resolve conflicts with new and long-time customers.• Experience with Sitelink and Haul POS systems to take payment or make reservations/move-ins and move-outs.• Daily recon updates on Microsoft Excel to put in work orders, update financial information, balance the drawer, and put in supply orders.• Hard copies filing of all tenant leases and receipts, as well as work related reports including financial reports and walk through/grounds reports.• Maintain cleanliness within the office and on the grounds to appeal to potential customers and keep current ones satisfied.• Sweep, clean out, and tag storage units between tenants.
