The Trust are working to explore ways in which this remarkable venue can solidify its position within the town, enhance its surroundings and play an integral role in delivering a renewed Harrogate experience.

Rudding Park is a leading hotel & spa resort in North Yorkshire. I worked to deliver high-end culinary and guest experiences within each of the estates restaurants and within the hotel.During my time here, I also volunteered in the gardens where they champion the ‘Estate to Plate’ process, suppling over 500 different herbs, salads, vegetables, edible flowers and fruits to the chefs throughout the estate, truly zero food miles from plot to plate.
