Rudding Park is a leading hotel & spa resort in North Yorkshire. I worked to deliver high-end culinary and guest experiences within each of the estates restaurants and within the hotel.During my time here, I also volunteered in the gardens where they champion the ‘Estate to Plate’ process, suppling over 500 different herbs, salads, vegetables, edible flowers and fruits to the chefs throughout the estate, truly zero food miles from plot to plate.

YDA is award-winning design studio that works with some of the worlds leading brands. They are purveyors of design & suppliers of exclusive brands within the professional interior design market. Working and engaging with clients, going on site visits and developing designs was just a fraction of the experience that I gained from my position here. I also curated a selection of high-end spa products that were listed on an e-commerce store that I helped to develop with over 2,000 products.
